Goats arrive Aug. 15 to trim Horizon Park shoreline in Belleville

Ten goats arrived at 9 a.m., Monday, Aug. 15, to begin their two-week job of clearing the bank of Horizon Park on Belleville Lake. They are from Twin Willow Ranch, a family farm in Milan, and Randy Brown has arranged for their service through the City of Belleville. The city council voted to pay $3,600 for the goats and Brown is donating his services this year.
