Construction in Van Buren Township

Major development projects being built currently include:
• Belleville Road: Clover Senior Housing, 128-unit senior apartment building at 8470 Belleville Rd., across from Robson Road on the west side of Belleville Road, north of Tyler Road
• Ecorse Road: Ashley Crossroads North, 114-acre distribution center and manufacturing building site development and speculative building construction at 42060 Ecorse Rd.
• Haggerty Road: D.T.E. Energy minor modular restroom addition at 8001 Haggerty Rd.
• Hull Road: Two five-acre irrigation ponds for agricultural use near the southeast corner of Hull and Sumpter roads
• Morton Taylor Road: Townsend Park Phase II residential development roads, utilities and landscaping on the east side of Morton Taylor Road north of Ecorse Road
• North I-94 Service Drive: Kenworth truck sales and repair facility at 44660 North I 94 Service Dr.
Also, Camping World site renovations at 43646 North I 94 Service Dr.
• Tyler Road: Van Buren Township Community Center renovations and addition at 46425 Tyler Rd.
Also, Hampton Manor 84-unit senior assisted living and memory care development at 43345 Tyler Rd.
• West Huron River Drive: Cobblestone Creek Phase III residential roads, utilities, and landscaping east of Hoeft Road south of West Huron River Drive.
• Willow Run Airport: Ameristar Hangar at 51500 Tyler Rd. Extension (Willow Run Airport)
• Yost Road: A.D. Transport Warehouse / truck storage building at 45101 Yost Rd.
