The Wayne County Clerk’s Office now includes the name of Sheena Barnes as a candidate for supervisor of Sumpter Township in the Aug. 8 primary election.
Barnes had been on the Sumpter list of candidates at the township clerk’s office, but not on the county list as of last week.
The candidates now listed by Wayne County on the unofficial list of candidates are:

Democrat Antoine Jordan, 44946 Judd Rd., Belleville, who had been on the Wayne County list of trustee candidates last week has been removed from the county list.
All the candidates for township offices in Van Buren Township have filed as Democrats and are unopposed.
