The Veterans of Foreign Wars and Polish Legion of American Veterans provided a ceremony for a new flag dedication at the reopening of the Camping World business on the North I-94 Service Drive in Van Buren Township in April.
The American Flag that was put up on the 130-foot pole was a hand-sewn flag measuring 40 by 80 feet. VFW Commander John Blackstone said he learned it is the company’s goal to have one million square feet of American Flags in front of their stores throughout the United States.
