N. Liberty Street to be blocked

On Wednesday, Nov. 6, a temporary traffic shift will be in place near 380 N. Liberty St. in the city of Belleville to facilitate a wastewater pipe repair. The project is expected to last until Friday. Nov. 8. City officials ask drivers to please seek an alternate route.
