Lofgren, a physical scientist from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory. He will provide an overview of the Great Lakes Ecosystem and more.
• “Our Huron River” will be presented at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 12, in the Library Program Room. How well do you know the river that flows right through your backyard? Come learn something new about the Huron River and Belleville Lake! Dr. David Wilson will share stories and photos of its problems and its delights, including the beautiful plants and the abundant little critters he’s encountered in his decade of conservation and education experience with the Huron River Watershed Council.
