On Wednesday, Sept. 4, the Wayne County Prosecutor authorized bringing five criminal charges against ex-attorney Belleville Thomas A. White.
All five charges are from an offense that happened Sept. 14, 2007 and the statute of limitations would have expired this Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013.
The State of Michigan is the plaintiff. The charges are:
1. Uttering & Publishing
2. Larceny By Conversion – $20,000 or More
3. Embezzlement – Agent or Trustee $20,000 or More
4. Identity Theft
5. Identity Theft
Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor in the case is Daniel Joseph Williams.
The prosecutor’s office also ordered Drug Court Referral Tier 2.
