Van Buren Township Police are seeking information from the public about the disappearance of a 15-year-old female from Kirkridge Park subdivision.
In a news release, Lt. Ken Floro said Turiahna Lundy was reported missing at 4:25 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 14. Her mother reported that Turiahna had been missing since about 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13.
Lt. Floro said investigating officers were told that no one had heard from or seen the teen since Monday and nothing like this had every happened before.
Those with any information on her disappearance or current whereabouts are asked to contact the VBT Police at (734) 699-8930.
On Monday, the Center for Search & Investigation for Missing Children sent out a news release on the missing teen.
The news release said: “Lundy is described at 5’9” and 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She also wears glasses. She is a beloved daughter whose friends and family members are pleading with the public to help bring her home.”
