The Van Buren Public Safety Search & Recovery Team Dive Team recovered one canopy and a seat from the bottom of Belleville Lake the day after the crash.
They continued to search for the other canopy and seat that splashed into the water on Aug. 13 when the MiG aircraft crashed during the Thunder Over Michigan Air Show
