The Sumpter Township Board of Trustees met in a special closed-door session on Dec. 6.
The only business item on the agenda was the closed session to consider the township attorney’s opinion of a compliance conference conducted under Section 16231 of the public health code 1978PA 368, MCL 333.16231.
