Summer Reading Program begins at Belleville Library

The Summer Reading Program at the Belleville Area District Library for preschoolers, elementary-schoolers, and teens is beginning.
On Monday, June 9, participants started to register for the program and begin their reading. On Monday, June 16,
Monday, June 16, – Reading Records Reading Records will be available and participants begin collecting prizes.
The Preschool program is from June 25 to July 30 at 7 p.m. Wednesdays:
• June 25 – The Music Lady
• July 2 – Ming the Magnificent
• July 9 – Storyteller Tonya “Touchdown” Dallas
• July 16 – The Science of Music
• July 23 – Gratitude Steel Band
• July 30 – Geoff Kinde Living Rhythm Drumming Community
The Elementary-Schoolers program is from June 24 to July 29 at 11 a.m. Tuesdays:
• June 24 – Gordon Russ the Magician
• July 1 – Percussion Discussion
• July 8 – Baffling Bill’s Magic Show
• July 15 – Tiki Music and Limbo
• July 22 – Joel Tacey’s ScienceRiffic Comedy
• July 29 – Gratitude Steel Band, Final Awards
The Teens’ program is from June 23 to July 28 at 7 p.m. on Mondays:
• June 23 – Dunuya Drum and Dance
• June 30 – Baffling bill Magic Show and Workshop for Teens
• July 7 – Japanese Taiko Drumming
• July 14 – Steampunk Extravaganza
• July 21 – Video Games Tourney
• July 28 – Board Games and Pizza Night/Cedar Point Tickets Raffle
