Rotary Rubber Duck races turns into drawing due to weather

The Belleville Rotary Club held a Rubber Duck raffle instead of a race in Belleville Lake on the evening of Aug. 17, due to the inclement weather and cancellation of the Taste of Belleville.
Winners are:
• 1st place ($1,000): Nikki Place
• 2nd place ($250): Erin Munoz
• 3rd place ($100): Stephanie Cottingham
