Race the Rapids 5K set for Aug. 3 at Lower Huron Metropark

Want to try a different kind of 5K? Enjoy a low-impact stroll around the HCMA Lazy River at Lower Huron Metropark.
This event was designed with a little bit of fun in mind while participants walk around the river at their own pace. Be sure to wear water shoes when you complete the 22.4 laps around the Lazy River. Each registered participant will receive a T-shirt, tote bag, and a custom commemorative medal. Other prizes will also be raffled off during the event.
To guarantee your t-shirt size, register by July 5. T-shirts will still be given out if there are open slots and you register after that, but your size is not guaranteed.
