Oktoberfest to be celebrated Oct. 1 at VB Eagles

Live music by Die Fahrenden Musikanten and an all-you-can-eat German menu will be featured at the Van Buren Eagles Oktoberfest from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1.
The meal includes three soups, three meats (including Beef Rouladen), and a wide assortment of German side dishes including Red Cabbage, German Potato Salad, Spaetzle and more. There also is desert, a full cash bar, German beer and Shotski.
The event is open to the public with tickets $17 per person in advance and $22 at the door. Tickets are available at the Van Buren Eagles, 9961 Beck Road.
