The next Belleville Area Garden Club meeting will be at First United Methodist Church, 317 Charles Street, at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19. The speaker will be Melissa Cooper Sargent from Local Motion Green. She will talk about ecology and healthy living.
The club meets at 7 p.m. at the church on the third Monday of every month except February and December. In addition to monthly meetings the club has occasional workshops at members’ homes, field trips to gardening venues, and social events.
