Markus J. LaBoda completes Marine recruit training

Markus J. LaBoda of Belleville graduated Sept. 8 from the U.S. Marine Corps recruit training school at Parris Island, SC. He earned the designation of Rifle Expert. Now he goes to North Carolina for infantry training.
Markus, 19, is the son of Peter W. LaBoda, Jr. of Belleville. Markus graduated from Belleville High School on June 8, had a graduation party on June 10, and left for Marine training on June 11.
