Louise Catherine Montie celebrated her 100th birthday on Aug. 22, 2023. She was born in Detroit but lived approximately 80 years in Belleville. She currently lives in a senior facility in Brighton.
Her birthday was celebrated with family and friends from near and far, including her two sons Charlie (Donna) and Len (Karin), five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Louise posed for a five-generation picture which included son Charlie Montie, granddaughter Cheri Bednarz, great-granddaughter Alison Buffin, and great-great-granddaughter Penelope Buffin.
