Jason Wright sworn in as VBT Public Safety Deputy Director – Police

Retired Wayne Police Chief Jason Wright was sworn in as Van Buren Township Deputy Director – Police on Oct. 30 and began work at VBT on Nov. 10.
On Nov. 18 the Wayne County Police Chiefs Association met at Wayne County Community College on Haggerty Road and Wright was sworn in as president.
Deputy Director Wright will assist VBT Public Safety Director Greg Laurain.
