Here are the winners from Winter Fest week end in Belleville

Paul Henning, executive director of the Belleville Area Chamber of Commerce, announced the winner of the car raffle was Joshua Palmer from Ypsilanti.
Palmer’s name was drawn during festivities at Winter Fest on Dec. 3.

• Best Community Organization – Belleville Area District Library
• Grand Marshall Award – Willow Run Tribute Rosie Drill Team
• Best Municipality – Sumpter
• Best Non-Profit – BYC
Decorating Contest Winners:
• 1st – Belle’s Resale
• 2nd – Garden Fantasy on Main
• 3rd – Friends Fine Flooring
Soup Crawl Winners:
• 1st – Egan’s Pub – Pizza Bisque
• 2nd – Applebee’s – Chicken Tortilla
• 3rd – JT’s Pub & Grub – Clam Chowder
