David Arthur Radecki, 39, who was sentenced to five years in jail after pleading guilty to charges of accosting a child for immoral purposes and criminal sexual conduct fourth degree, has been freed on probation until Aug. 8, 2022.
The date of the offense was Oct. 1, 2016 when Radecki, a Belleville scout leader at the time, took a scout to the Romulus Athletic Center to go swimming. He was sentenced Aug. 8, 2017.
His probation conditions include registering under the Michigan Sex Offender Registration Act, not owning or possessing a computer, monthly reporting, and making a genuine effort to find employment.
