Micah James Buchin, 42, of Garden City and Sarah Lynn Woolf of Novi were arraigned as co-defendants on May 19 by 34th District Court Magistrate Al Hindman. They were both arraigned in custody by video from the Van Buren Township Police Department and charged with trespassing on May 18. Personal bond was set at $3,000 each and their remote pretrials are June 1. As part of their bond, they are not to return to 10604 Quirk Rd. in Van Buren Township.
Buchin had two warrants out for his arrest for parole violations after pleading guilty to home invasions in 2015 and 2018.
