The Belleville High School Tiger Football Booster Club will hold a scrap metal drive from noon to 5 p.m. on Aug. 3 and 4 to raise funds for the club and the BHS football program.
The drive will be held behind St. Anthony’s Church, on Davis Street close to the high school parking lot.
The club is accepting anything metal: appliances, yard tools, file cabinets, kitchen utensils, fans, lawnmowers, swing sets, card tables and chairs, extension cords, faucets, fold-up chairs, Christmas lights, etc. The only exception is appliances with compressors still attached because of Freon.
Pick.-up service is available. Call (734) 787-0054.
