Steve Mrozek, executive director of the Selfridge Military Air Museum and a retired Army paratrooper, is the guest speaker at the 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 3, Historic Preservation Night at Michigan Flight Museum at Willow Run Airport.
He will speak on “Baseball Hall of Famers Who Served.”
Mrozek draws on his experience in military history and his time working closely with legendary Hall of Famers. He will share stories of professional baseball players who answered the call to serve our country – some as far back as the Civil War.
Museum doors open at 6:30 p.m, with the program beginning at 7:30 p.m. Entry is $10 per person for non-members and free for museum members with registration.
The museum is at 47884 D Street at Willow Run Airport.
