The organizing committee for the 15th-annual Downtown Monroe Fine Art Fair is seeking painters, print makers, photographers, wood carvers, stained glass artists, jewelry makers, fiber artists sculptors, potters and other artists to participate in this year’s festival.
This year’s dates are Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 11 and 12. Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 am. to 5 p.m. Booth space is $100 for the two-day event. Artists must provide their own tents. Electricity is available upon request. Chairs and tables can be rented for a small fee.
Last year more than 90 artists were featured on East First Street and Washington Street in historic downtown Monroe, Michigan’s third-oldest city.
