PFC Dawson Frankowiak graduated from U.S. Marine Corps boot camp Jan. 5 at Parris Island SC. He was a member of Fox Platoon 2005. He now is attending his MOS (military occupational specialty): Fixed air frame mechanic.
He is the son of Len and Tabatha Frankowiak of Ypsilanti and grandson of Bill and Sherry Zumbro of Belleville.
