A special meeting of the Van Buren Public Schools Board of Education has been set for 7 p.m., Thursday, April 28, at the Administration Building to determine what to do about the position of Interim Superintendent.
Present Interim Superintendent Shonta Langford-Green, who also serves as Human Services Director, has submitted her resignation as of May 11. A new superintendent is expected to be in place July 1.
