Public invited to visit Julien’s Garden at Savage Elementary

Wednesday, May 21 marked the one-year anniversary of the dedication of Julien’s Garden. It also would have been the ninth birthday of Van Buren Public Schools student Julien Vanderlinden and the butterfly garden was planted in his memory.
Julien’s Garden is an official Monarch Butterfly Way Station and has grown into a beautiful area for the Savage Elementary students and teachers to appreciate. The public is invited to come and check out the garden when visiting Savage.
