Alissa Marie Milspaugh
Alissa Marie Milspaugh of Van Buren Township was charged with assaulting a police officer on Sept. 5 in Van Buren Township.
Her probable cause conference was held Sept. 17 at 34th District Court and a preliminary exam set for Sept. 24. Personal bond was $25,000.
At the preliminary exam the defense motion to dismiss was granted by Judge Teresa Patton. Case closed.
