Most of the Harvest Fest activity on Saturday, Oct. 14, was inside the Belleville Area District Library because of the constant rain. The Belleville Central Business Community brought some of their planned booths inside and some were on the library porch. The library had a variety of activities that interested children and adults alike, including a quilt show and sewing lessons.
The Tractor Parade was canceled.
