Fischer Library seeks entries for oral history of building to be razed

The Belleville Area District Library is collecting audio recordings of community memories of the Fischer Library building.
Recordings will be archived in the library’s local history collection and may be used in a video production for the Fischer Library’s farewell party on Feb. 21.
Community members past or present, and of all ages, are welcome to participate.
Recording times are available now through Jan. 11. Make an appointment by calling the library at (734) 699-3291 to share your stories.
