Charles Adams prayed with the UAW Local 174 strikers at noon on Sunday, Sept. 29, at their strike location in front of the General Motors facility on Ecorse Road in Van Buren Township, just north of Willow Run Airport.
It was Solidarity Sunday and a very rainy day, so they were in a tent. On that day the strikers had been on the picket lines for 14 days.
