The Belleville High School varsity football team won the school’s first-ever district championship last Friday after beating Monroe, 49-33, at BHS. Coach is Jermaine Crowell.
The community is urged to come out to the BHS football field at 7 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 9, as the Tigers advance to the Division 1 Quarterfinals. BHS will host the West Bloomfield Lakers for the Michigan High School Athletic Association’s Regional Championship.
The winner advances to next week’s semi-finals.
