Stefanie Howell receives PhD in Psychology

Stefanie Howell, daughter of Cheryl and Kim Toms of Sumpter Township, just received her PhD in Psychology, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Neuropyschology, from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She and her husband Richard have two children, Aviana and Liam.
