Winners in Sumpter Cutest Baby Contests announced

The winners of the annual Sumpter Sumpter Country Fest 2018 Cutest Baby Boy and Cutest Baby Girl contest were announced on Memorial Day afternoon.
Baby Boy Contest winners were:
1st Place: Wesley Richards, son of Matt and Ashley Richards,
2nd Place: Jesse Watt, son of Anthony and Julie Watt
3rd Place: Jack Arthur Maier, son of David and Mandy Maier
Baby Girl Contest winners were:
1st Place: Leiyanna Napoletano, daughter of Heather and Alex Napoletano
2nd Place: Raven Moon Pokerwinski, daughter of Rick and Jessica Pokerwinski
3rd Place: Macey Faye Losee, daughter of Casey Curtis and Warren Losee
Other participants in the Cutest Baby Boy Contest were Liam Howell, Braedon Chalupka, Caden Huderz, Beau Anthony Sampson, Camden Oygarden, Michael Haddad, Jack Lashua, Grayson Ahearn, Isaac Daniel Wiedmer, Kai Smith, Elijah Freeman, and Memphis Belanger.
Other participants in the Cutest Baby Girl Contest were Kamila Millington, Amethyst Rose Chalupka, Carolyn Rose Henry, Althea Rain Taylor, Riley Tucker, Arya Croll, Raylynn McMahon, and Luxie Boucher.
The staff of the Sumpter Parks and Recreation Commission would like to thank all of the contestants and their families for their participation and generosity. We would also like to thank John Hennessey of Hennessey Engineering Inc., Southgate, who has sponsored the contest for many years.
The proceeds from the contest help fund events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Family Fun Day and the Children’s Christmas Party that the Parks and Recreation Commission put on throughout the year.
