USA Insulation of Toledo announced that it is hosting a local contest for local military service individuals and first responders with the prize being a free, whole-home insulation package.
Starting May 15, participants in Southeastern Michigan may enter to win a July 14 installation.
Eligible applicants must live in the service areas of the USA Insulations in Kalamazoo, SE Michigan, Toledo, and Southern New Hampshire and must share why whole-home insulation will make a difference in their homes.
The Hometown Heroes Insulation Giveaway is an opportunity to give back to those who serve us and bring their homes up to current building codes.
USA Insulation will recognize an active-duty, reserve, veteran member of the armed forces or a first responder with a whole-home insulation package in four participating locations in the United States.
Since 2018, the Hometown Hero Insulation Giveaway has recognized a hometown hero in Toledo. This year marks the first time the company is extending this opportunity to applicants in Kalamazoo, MI, Southeast Michigan, and New Hampshire, as well.
“To be able to offer this to military members and first responders is an absolute honor for me,” David Potts, owner, USA Insulation, Toledo, Kalamazoo, Southeast Michigan.
Since 2018, the Hometown Hero giveaway has donated about $45,000 of insulation materials and over 600+ labor hours to local military families.
Eligible nominees can enter at htownheroes.us starting on their location’s start date.
