The Michigan Nationals Sports Center, called “The Indoor”, will open to the public in the Davenport Complex at 290 Industrial Drive in the City of Belleville at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 15.
The owner, Ryan Taylor, a Belleville insurance agent, said it is a full-turf indoor facility for baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and football. He said it also has batting cages and pitching machines.
On Monday The Indoor will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Regular fall hours through Dec. 1 are 3-9 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday; and 1-8 p.m. Sunday. It is closed on Halloween and Nov. 22.

Taylor also has the Michigan Nationals Baseball program, a kids’ travel youth baseball program with 27 teams.
The program is having a private fund raiser at the Beck Baseball Fields on Sunday, with a homerun derby, all to raise money for Motts Children Hospital. The teams already have been raising funds for the hospital, Taylor said.
