Mark your calendars for concerts in VBT, WCCC

The following concerts are planned at Van Buren Township’s Quirk Park 7 to 8:30 p.m. on:
• Wednesday, July 13 – Toppermost (Beatle Tribute);
• Wednesday, July 20 – The Rhythm Kings (Pop, R&B); and
• Wednesday, July 27 – The Dan Rafferty Band (Pop, R&B)
Also at all of these free concerts, a free hotdog meal will be presented to the first 100 attendees, provided by Dana’s Dawgs.
Two more summer concerts are scheduled by Wayne County Community College at the Ted Scott Campus on Haggerty Road from 7 to 8:30 p.m.:
• Wednesday, Aug. 3 – The Detroit Social Club (Blues, Motown, Soul, Pop); and
• Wednesday, Aug. 10 – Russ & Brian’s Blues Brothers Tribute Band (R&B, Soul).
