Mark Rosenthal of Animal Magic got down on one knee to propose marriage to Misty Fortner while they were dancing together at the June 27 Belleville Area Council for the Arts Music Lakeside concert of Thornetta Davis.
Rosenthal said he is friends with Davis and asked her to sing Misty’s favorite song. That’s when he popped the question. Misty said yes, but no date has been set for the wedding.
