On March 20, David C. Brown, president of The Charles B. Cozadd Rotary Foundation, announced the awarding of three new grants to support the work of non-profit entities serving the local area.
Grant recipients are as follows:
• Michigan Aerospace Foundation — $10,000 for informational or educational exhibits;
• Belleville Area Museum — $3,600 for computer system, scanner, storage and recording hardware; and
• Ms. Molly foundation — $1,500 for Survivor Care Kits for Wayne County shelter for domestic violence victims.
The Cozadd Rotary Foundation is a funding arm of the Belleville Rotary Club. It was named in honor of Mr. Charles B. Cozadd whose was the impetus for the creation of the foundation.
No individuals or individual projects are funded by the Cozadd Foundation and all funded projects have community-wide benefit.
Funding requests are received for consideration in March and September.
