Back 2 School Blitz runs through Sept. 1 at Belleville donation spots

Belleville’s Back 2 School Blitz for teachers and K-12 students is collecting new school supplies and backpacks that will be distributed on Sept. 2 at The Salvation Army in Plymouth.
Donations are being accepted Aug. 24 through Sept. 1 during regular business hours at the following locations in Belleville:
• Belleville City Hall, 6 Main St.
• Photography by Shannon, 374 Main
• Perspective Eyewear, 11824 Belleville
• Belleville Area Chamber of Commerce, 248 Main
Also, donations will be accepted at The Salvation Army, 9451 S. Main St., Plymouth, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
