The Van Buren Township Downtown Development Authority will host the 2017 Family Fun & Public Safety Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Atchinson Ford, 9800 Belleville Road.
This family event provides VBT residents a chance to meet the people dedicated to protecting the community. Visitors will be able to explore a fleet of fire and police vehicles and enjoy educational and kid-friendly entertainment, face painting, free child fingerprinting provided by LEEP, food, refreshments, and more.
