Public invited to town hall meeting on plans for new district library

The public is invited to attend an informal town hall meeting to present updates on the developing plans for the new downtown library, which includes proposed utility relocations and a timeline.
The town hall will take place at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, at Belleville First United Methodist Church, 417 Charles Street, across the street from the library.
