Wayne County Emergency Damage Assessment Survey

The Michigan State Police in coordination with the Wayne County Emergency Management Department have requested county residents complete the self-reporting survey attached to this message. Survey: https://arcg.is/10ab1j
This survey is in response to the Emergency/Disaster declarations for the county as a result of the storms/flooding that had occurred on Aug. 24, 2023. The survey is to evaluate the response to the incident, direct/utilize resources and determine damages.
