Van Buren Township Police responded to the 46000 block of Lake Villa Drive within the Belleville Pointe Apartment Complex late Sunday evening, July 25, on a report of a possible homicide.
Upon arriving, officers discovered a mother and daughter, ages 45 and 14, deceased within the apartment suffering from multiple injuries.
Police are currently investigating the scene with assistance from the Michigan State Police Forensic Unit.

This is so very very sad. She was a very nice girl, friend, school mate. She was my granddaughters best friend and called me Nana. I hope justice is swift!! Rest easy beautiful girl. You will be greatly missed.

I work with some mother at the bus lot she was such a sweet person. Met her daughter as well beautiful so sad rest in peace
