Navy Corpsman Kenneth R. Knox, Jr., formerly of Belleville, stood guard at the back of President George H.W. Bush’s casket on the train to the President’s last resting place.
Knox lived in Van Buren Estates when he was younger with his parents, Ken and Tracy Knox. They moved to Adrian when he was in about the sixth grade. He has been in the Navy for almost eight years.
He is a Ceremonial Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, and is in charge of one of the groups. He is married to Maricar and they have an 18-month-old son Kenoy.
