Winners of the Rotary’s Rubber Ducky fund raiser announced

Winners in the Belleville Rotary Club’s annual Rubber Ducky fundraiser on Aug. 19 were:
• 1st place: Jackie Douglas;
• 2nd place: Joyce Rochowiak; and
• 3rd place: David Brooks.
