Speed Marcell Miller, 25, of Romulus had his probable cause conference adjourned from Dec. 8 to Dec. 22 on charges of home invasion first degree and domestic violence on Nov. 24 in Van Buren Township. Defense attorney Kendrick Riggins will get the discovery sent by Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Sona Movsisyan.
He is being held in the Wayne County Jail on bond of $50,000/10% and if released must have no contact with the victim or an address on North Bellridge.
