The organizing committee for the 13th-annual Downtown Monroe Fine Art Fair is seeking painters, print makers, photographers, wood carvers, stained glass artists, jewelry makers, fiber artists, sculptors, potters, and other artists to participate in this year’s festival, Saturday and Sunday Aug. 13 and 14.
Saturday’s hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday’s hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Booth space is $100 for the two-day event. Artists must provide their own tents. Electricity is available upon request and chairs and tables can be rented for a small fee.
Last year more than 90 artists were featured on East First Street and Washington Street in downtown Monroe.
