Court Watching: Leo Labean set for jury trial May 18 before Judge James Callahan

Leo Labean, 39, of Sumpter Township will have a jury trial May 18 before Circuit Court Judge James A. Callahan.
He faces five felony charges stemming from an incident at the home of his ex-wife in the 25000 block of Martinsville Road on Oct. 7.
Labean is charged with home invasion – 1st degree, discharging a weapon in or at a building, assault with a dangerous weapon, felony firearm, and domestic violence.
He is out after posting $50,000/10% bond.
