Builder gets permit to begin work on Cobblestone Building 1

On July 27 the necessary building permits were issued for the construction of Building 1 in Cobblestone Ridge subdivision, said Van Buren Township Building and Planning Director Ron Akers.
The applicant provided the required performance bonds to move forward, he said.
Cobblestone Ridge has been the subject of complaints for 11 years because of open basements and unfinished buildings.
